1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and okgk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the website located at okgk.app and all associated services, games, features, promotional offers, and customer support channels.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the okgk platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account.

Amendments to These Terms

okgk reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a notice displayed on the platform. The revised Terms will indicate the updated effective date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the okgk platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure through our support team.

Language and Governing Version

These Terms are issued in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version that may be provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail and take precedence for all purposes of interpretation and enforcement.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

The okgk platform is intended exclusively for adults. To register and maintain an account on okgk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing or using any part of the okgk platform, including free-play or demo versions of games where available.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or under any court or regulatory order restricting your access to gambling services.
• You must not be on any exclusion list maintained by okgk as a result of prior account closures for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Age Verification

okgk takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time, including during the registration process, at the time of a withdrawal request, or at any point during normal account activity that triggers a compliance review.

Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, a valid Bangladeshi passport, or a valid Bangladesh driving licence. Documents must be clear, legible, and unexpired. okgk's compliance team handles all submitted documents with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Where age or identity cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction, okgk reserves the right to suspend the account in question, withhold pending withdrawals pending successful verification, and — if verification fails entirely — close the account and return any remaining balance to the payment method used for the most recent deposit.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services available on okgk — including real-money game play, sports betting, deposit and withdrawal functionality, and promotional offers — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number linked to your bKash or Nagad account. You must not use false names, fictitious addresses, or identity details belonging to another person.

okgk operates a strict one account per player policy. Registering more than one account — whether using different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is prohibited. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual will be merged or closed, and any bonuses claimed across those accounts may be cancelled without notice.

Account Credentials and Security

You are responsible for selecting a strong, unique password for your okgk account and for keeping that password confidential. You must not share your login credentials — username, password, or any one-time verification codes — with any other person under any circumstances. okgk will never contact you to request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.

If you have reason to believe that your account credentials have been compromised, or that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify okgk support immediately via live chat so that your account can be secured without delay. You accept liability for all activity conducted through your account prior to okgk receiving and acting upon such notification.

Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to ensure that the information held on your account remains accurate and up to date at all times. If your email address, mobile number, or residential address changes, you must update your account details promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or the temporary suspension of account access pending re-verification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the okgk platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). okgk supports the following local payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These are the only accepted payment methods at this time. Credit cards, debit cards, international bank transfers, and cryptocurrency are not accepted.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 via bKash or Nagad. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit imposed by okgk, though your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits made via local mobile banking methods typically credit to your okgk wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. okgk does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. If a third-party deposit is identified, the deposit amount will be returned to the originating account and the deposit will not be credited to the player's okgk wallet.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same mobile banking method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bKash or Nagad account registered in the player's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes of submission, subject to successful identity verification and the absence of any pending compliance review.

okgk does not charge any processing fee on withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside okgk's control. Players are advised to check their bKash or Nagad fee schedule independently.

okgk reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal request pending the outcome of a KYC review, responsible gaming assessment, or fraud investigation. In such cases, the support team will contact the affected player via their registered email address to explain the reason for the delay and the steps required to resolve it.

Prohibited Transaction Activities

The okgk platform must not be used as a facility for transferring, laundering, or processing money for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity. Players who are found to be depositing and withdrawing funds without meaningful gaming activity ("money laundering through the platform") will have their accounts closed immediately and their funds reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable financial crime regulations.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

okgk offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes to both new and existing players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

Bonus Eligibility and Claiming

Promotional offers are available to eligible registered players only. Unless otherwise stated, each player is entitled to claim a given promotion once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — whether through the same account, multiple accounts, or accounts registered under different names or payment details — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as potential account suspension.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements, eligible game contributions, minimum odds requirements for sports betting bonuses, and time limits are specified on a per-promotion basis. Players are strongly advised to read all bonus-specific terms before opting in to any promotion.

As a general rule: (a) slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; (b) live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%); (c) certain game types may be entirely excluded from wagering requirement contributions. Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

okgk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect the value of promotional funds already credited to players who have opted in under the original terms. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has opted in but before all wagering requirements have been completed, okgk will honour the promotion under its original terms for that player.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the okgk platform, you agree to conduct yourself at all times in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms. The following categories of conduct are explicitly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances.

Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, forged identity documents, or deceptive information to create or operate an okgk account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino table games, poker formats, or sports betting markets.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns designed to hedge bonus wagers to a guaranteed profit, or any other method that circumvents the spirit of a promotion's terms.
• Underage access: Attempting to register or use the platform as a person under 18 years of age, or assisting any underage individual in accessing the platform.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets on the okgk platform without prior written consent from okgk management.
• Abuse of staff: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language toward okgk support staff or other players in any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or operate your okgk account, whether for gaming, depositing, withdrawing, or any other purpose.
• Money laundering: Using the okgk platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds of illegal origin.

Platform Integrity

Any attempt to exploit software bugs, game errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain must be reported to our support team immediately. Players who exploit known or discovered bugs without reporting them will have any resulting winnings voided and their accounts reviewed for further action. okgk takes platform integrity seriously and conducts regular technical audits to maintain the fairness and security of all game systems.

7. Game Rules and Betting Markets

Accepted Bets and Void Bets

A bet is considered accepted and binding once it has been confirmed by the platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during scheduled maintenance windows, during technical errors that produce clearly incorrect odds, or on markets that were inadvertently left open after an event's conclusion may be voided at okgk's discretion. In the event a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's wallet in full.

okgk reserves the right to void, amend, or settle bets differently from initial expectations in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement beyond 24 hours; abandonment of a match or fixture; proven match-fixing or corruption; technical errors in price feeds that produce clearly erroneous odds; or force majeure events affecting the conduct or completion of a sporting fixture.

Cricket Betting Specific Rules

Cricket betting on okgk covers BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL (Indian Premier League), ICC T20 World Cup, ODI series, and Test match cricket. The following specific rules apply to cricket betting markets: (a) for limited-overs matches (T20 and ODI formats), a minimum of the first over must be completed for match winner bets to stand; (b) in-play markets are suspended during wickets, reviews, and play interruptions; (c) Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes are honoured for rain-affected matches where a result is officially declared under DLS.

Slot Game Rules

All slot games available on okgk are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each slot game's paytable, payline structure, RTP (return-to-player) percentage, and bonus feature rules are governed by the respective game provider. In the event of a dispute about a slot game outcome, the game provider's certified server-side game log is the authoritative record.

Maximum Payout Limits

okgk applies maximum single-transaction payout limits on a per-game and per-market basis. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market. 8. Account Suspension and Closure

okgk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe; age verification failure; or receipt of a valid legal order requiring account closure.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their okgk account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons such as a desire to self-exclude from gambling — may do so at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, we will process the closure within 24 hours. Any remaining verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered bKash or Nagad account within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or a permanent self-exclusion. During any active self-exclusion period: login access to the account is disabled; no promotional communications are sent; no deposits can be processed. Effects of Account Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or actioned by okgk — all pending bonus funds and any wagering requirement progress associated with those bonuses are forfeited immediately. Winnings derived from bonus funds that had not yet met their applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure are also forfeited. Real-money balances that have cleared all applicable wagering requirements are returned to the player as described above, subject to the outcome of any pending KYC or compliance review.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal activity has been recorded on it for a continuous period of 12 months. okgk will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email address before applying any dormancy-related administration fee. The dormancy fee, if applied, will not exceed ৳200 per month and will be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates their account by logging in.
